Motor traffic waits at the Seventh Street level crossing as B63 departs from Mildura with the "Fruit Flier" overnight fast goods service to Melbourne. Although the date is not known, it is prior to the ruling that TP ice wagons trail behind the guard's van as a TP van is second from the locomotive in this view. Circa 1965. Photo: Chris. Phillips

B63 and B61 in the traditional colors of the Victorian Railways stand at the Mildura locomotive sidings waiting for their next turn of duty. This photograph has been included as it shows the slim coupling arrangement between GY5912 (on left) and Brake van ZLP22. It appears that a combination of uneven track under the GY and a bent auto-coupler (most likely from heavy shunting) has created this situation. Mildura 14-4-1984. Photo: Bruce McLean
