The tour train arrived in Mildura late in the afternoon of 10-6-1995 and consisted of preserved Victorian Railways diesel locomotive T413, ex South Australian Railways carriage 711, BRS225 and guards van 292CP, the rolling stock provided by West Coast Railways. Two wooden bodied carriages 32ABU and 40 ABU were detached at Ouyen on the forward journey as they developed "hot boxes".
